Where Volunteers Help Most
Volunteers help create a welcoming, safe, and encouraging environment for guests. Some roles happen on Tuesday nights. Others happen throughout the week behind the scenes.

What You'll Lead
- Build and guide a year-round fundraising strategy
- Develop major donor, monthly giving, sponsorship, and campaign opportunities
- Help board members make meaningful donor introductions
- Strengthen corporate, church, and community giving relationships
- Support fundraising events, including the Gift of Hope Gala
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in fundraising, sales, development, banking, business, or relationship-building
- Comfort asking people to invest in a mission you believe in
- Strong network and willingness to open doors
- A heart for stewardship, generosity, and serving people in need

What You'll Lead
- Guide monthly financial review and board reporting
- Support budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and financial planning
- Strengthen internal controls and financial policies
- Provide oversight for nonprofit accounting, restricted funds, and Form 990 preparation
- Help leadership connect financial decisions to mission priorities
Who We're Looking For
- CPA, accountant, CFO, controller, banker, finance professional, or experienced nonprofit treasurer
- Understanding of nonprofit financial practices
- Ability to explain financial information clearly
- A strong sense of integrity, accountability, and biblical stewardship

- Experience in social media, marketing, communications, PR, content, design, or media
- Strong storytelling instincts and respect for the dignity of those we serve
- Ability to think strategically and measure what is working
- A desire to use communication to point people toward service and Christ-centered hope
